Cash for Christmas Charitable Raffle Regulations

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Federal and State laws restrict the sale of raffle tickets to only those state or local residents who specifically meet the requirements as set forth in the applicable statures and regulations. Tickets cannot be purchased by residents of Alabama, Hawaii, or Utah.

Cash for Christmas raffle prizes must be claimed within 90 days of drawing. After 90 days, a  new prize winner will be drawn from the existing cache of tickets sold

Heart of Montana Farm in the Dell board members and employees, as well as their immediate household are not eligible to win any prize of the Cash for Christmas Raffle

Heart of Montana Farm in the Dell does not currently allow Cash for Christmas Raffle ticket purchases to be made by any person outside the scope of the applicable statutes, regulations, terms and conditions. Heart of Montana Farm in the Dell does not allow any illegal participation in the Cash for Christmas Raffle

No portion of the Cash for Christmas Raffle ticket price may be deducted as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes

All ticket sales benefit Heart of Montana Farm in the Dell

Contestants need not be present to win
